Objective
Display the most up-to-date information on created Dashboard widgets within Contact Center Analytics.

Procedure
- Log in to your Analytics Dashboard.
- Edit a created Dashboard Widget by selecting a Dashboard.
- Press the pencil icon to edit.
- Click on the drop down for Agents.
- Toggle on Sync agents automatically.
- Click Save.
