Why wont my ring group forward to external numbers?

  • 8x8 Admin Console


Is there a number assigned to the ring group/AA? If not it will use the Site's Main Number to make calls out. Please Make sure there is a Site Main Number set or a ring group/AA number is set, otherwise the system doesn't know where to call out from and will fail.
