Why do Auto Attendants, Ring Groups and Call Queues have the primary admin's contact picture?
When updating the primary admin's contact photo it also sets the contact photo of other service extensions on the PBX such as ring groups and auto attendants.

This is known behavior as the primary admin is the owner of the service extensions on the PBX.
To mitigate ring group, auto attendant and call queue contacts showing as the primary admin's photo, create a second separate user for the primary admin to use as their extension instead of using the primary admin account. Before removing the license from the admin, log into Work for Desktop as the admin and remove the picture from there.
