How do I remove a user from a call queue?


Remove a user from a call queue in Virtual Office Configuration Manager.

  • Virtual Office Configuration Manager, Call Queues


  1. Log in to Virtual Office Configuration Manager.
  2. Navigate to Call Queues.
  3. Click Edit_Button.png next to the call queue that you wish to remove the user from.
  4. Find the user you wish to remove in the list of primary members or secondary members.
  5. Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the user's name, and click Remove user.
  6. Click Save.
