How to Log an Agent In or Out of a Call Queue through Admin Console

Remotely logging an agent in or out of a Call Queue through Admin Console.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Admin Console.
  2. Select Call Queues from the home page.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Click More Options (three dots) to the right of the desired call queue member.
  5. Select Log out from queue or Log in to queue.
