A notification email will be sent as a reminder to your Maintenance email distribution list configured in Configuration Manager for Contact Center, Home, Profile, Service notifications - email addresses.
- From: cc-noreply@8x8.com
- To: Maintenance email distribution list
- Subject: Channel token expiration
- Body: Your token for Facebook channel channelName in Contact Center setup tenant, will expire in expiration time. Please navigate to link to refresh it.
Additional Information
- This email is sent via the tenant's SMTP server configured in Configuration Manager for Contact Center, Home, Security, SMTP Servers
- If there is a problem with the email you could try testing that from Configuration Manager for Contact Center
