How to Add a Holiday to the Schedule and to the Script


To associate an uploaded holiday audio file to an inbound phone script.

Create a Holiday Event

  1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Home > Schedules, the Schedule list displays.
  3. To edit the intended schedule, click that Schedule > Edit page is displayed.
  4. Under Special Events and Holidays, click + Add Day.
  5. Select the date(s).
  6. By default the next setting is open, click the dropdown arrow.
  7. In the dropdown list, select Choice #1.
  8. Select the hours to run the event.
  9. Click Apply or Save.

Associate the Event to the Inbound Phone Script

  1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Scripts, the Scripts List is displayed.
  3. Edit the intended Script, click Phone > Scripts > Properties page is displayed.
  4. On the Script tab, scroll to the end of the script.
  5. After the Close parameter, you should see parameters #1,#2...
  6. Click #1 > click Add, the Insert Object dialog opens.
  7. Select Play.
  8. Fill in the Object tag.
  9. Select your holiday Audio file.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Click Save.
