Turn off the call notification beep.

The call notification beep is part of the Enhanced Ringtone feature. There is no way to turn off the call notification beep and still have the other portions of Enhanced Ringtone work. So in order to turn off the beep means one must disable the Enhanced Ringtone feature.
- Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Go to Profile.
- Uncheck Enable Enhanced Ringtone.
- Click Save and have all Agents to log out and back in. The notification beeps should now be removed.
