How to Enable or Disable Agents' My Recording Functionality
Objective
Enable or disable agents' My Recording functionality.
Applies To

- Contact Center Configuration Manager
Procedure
- Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Navigate to Home > Profile.
- To enable the My Recordings functionality, tick the box next to Enable Agent's My Recording Functionality, then click Save.
- To disable the My Recordings functionality, untick the box next to Enable Agent's My Recording Functionality, then click Save.
Additional Information
Agents will need to log out and back into the 8x8 Agent Console in order for the change to take effect. Agents can access the My Recording functionality from the Options dropdown while on a live call.
