There are no retention days for Chat interactions. They are kept forever unless manually deleted.
Important! In the case of an Agent being deleted, the chat record is removed. This is because there's a link between the chat recording logs and the Agent (this also applies to Call Recordings).
Please Note: Quality Management tool does not delete the chat interactions when the user gets deleted.
