How to view agent monitoring without opening a new window.


Enable an agent to view the 'Monitoring' tab within VCC AGUI, as seen below, without having to open it in a separate window via the menu.

  1. Login to VCC Configuration Manager and select 'Users' from the sidebar. 
  2. Locate the desired user and then select the edit option.
  3. Go to 'CRM & Tab permissions' and tick the 'View' option for monitoring, as seen below.clipboard_e8eb42b23a72e8f68bb360cbb7f622027.png
  4. Ask the user to log out of VCC AGUI, and then back in. They will now seen the monitoring tab without going via the menu.
