Why does Interaction Timed Out show in reporting for users whose Status is On Break


What does InteractionTimedOut mean, as seen on reports such as "Agent: Status change details"?

Users will automatically be placed On Break when a call is offered and it times out due to the agent not answering. InteractionTimedOut is the reason why the status On Break kicks in.
