How to Edit a Scheduled Report in Analytics for Contact Center.
- Analytics for Contact Center
- Log into Analytics for Contact Center.
- Click the icon top right and click Schedule.
- Click the 3 dots to the right of the report you want to edit and click Edit.
- From here you will be able to edit the below:
- Subject & Message
- Format of the report (XLSX or CSV)
- Runs - How long the report runs for.
- Repeat - How often you want the report sent out to the recipients.
- Time - The time you would like the recipients to receive the report.
Only the person who scheduled the report has access to edit it. If another user wants control of the same report the current scheduler would have to delete the report from their account and the report would have to be re-scheduled on the other users account.
