How to find Contact Centre Recording Filenames in 8x8 Analytics for Contact Center

Procedure
- Login to the 8x8 Application Panel
- Click Analytics for Contact Center
- Click Detailed Reports
- Click Interactions
- Enter filters for the report
- Click on the Customize table icon
- Enable Recording Filenames
- Click Save
- Click Search
- The results table will have a Recording Filenames column
- The report can be downloaded by clicking on the Download Report icon and selecting a format option.
