How to find Contact Centre Recording Filenames in 8x8 Analytics for Contact Center

Procedure

  1. Login to the 8x8 Application Panel
  2. Click Analytics for Contact Center
  3. Click Detailed Reports
  4. Click Interactions
  5. Enter filters for the report
  6. Click on the Customize table icon
  7. Enable Recording Filenames
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Search
  10. The results table will have a Recording Filenames column
  11. The report can be downloaded by clicking on the Download Report icon and selecting a format option.
