Disable After Interaction Pop Up in Salesforce Integration


Disable the pop up that shows in Salesforce after an interaction ends.

Applies To

  • Salesforce 8x8 Contact Center Integration
  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center


  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Select Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  3. Select Integration.
  4. Select Screen Pop.
  5. Under Trigger an Auto Log Window After Interactions, select No Screen Pop under Type of Log Window.

5. Select Save.

Additional Information

Admin must log out and log back in for changes to take place. It is also advisable to have agents log out and log back in to 8x8 Agent Workspace.
