Can a phone number be set as a ticket tag using the 8x8 Contact Center for Zendesk 3.1 Integration

This is not possible out-of-the-box with the Zendesk 8x8 Contact Center 3.1 Integration however this may be possible through a Professional Services Customization. Please contact your 8x8 Account Manager to discuss this further.
