How do I whitelist ZTP services for Obihai and Polycom devices?
- Obihai ATA Adapters
- Polycom Phones firmware 5.8+
- Add the PDMS, formerly Obitalk, IP's and Ports to the firewall white list.
- If your firewall requires it, whitelist trusted hosts from the second table below.

PDMS-SP Provisioning Trusted Hosts
Obihai adapters and Polycom phones on 5.8+ firmware, are required to communicate with the PDMS system, formerly Obitalk, before they can be provisioned or come online with 8x8 service. These servers are used for ZTP (Zero Touch Provisioning)
