What does the Fuze for Salesforce interface display?

Answer

The main interface of Fuze for Salesforce displays your inbound and outbound calls from the past 24 hours.

If a call is more than 24 hours old, it is no longer displayed in Fuze for Salesforce. However, you can use the search bar to find a contact by name or by number.

You can also filter calls from the All Calls menu.
