Can Chat Offer Canned Answers Before Initiating Chat Session?

When your customers are at your website and they request a chat session, you want to offer your customers possible answers to their question before initiating an actual chat session.  Perhaps like a list of frequently asked questions.

Answer

Unfortunately, the VCC Chat Script is not able to offer other webpages to customers.

Additional Information

Your web developer would need to create your own web page to offer the list of FAQs when a customer requests a chat.
