Why are call recording missing on certain days?

Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager, Virtual Contact Center Agent Monitoring Playbacks, Customer Experience, and Quality Management.

Answer

The dates/days of the missing call recordings are set as Closed for the day in the Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager Schedule(s).

In the Scripts, the Close parameter does not have any forwarding the any inbound or callback queue.
