How do I import contacts in Virtual Office?

Overview

Virtual Office offers industry leading Enterprise Directory integration options. Importing your third-party contacts is simple once the appropriate prerequisites are met.

Virtual Office Desktop (VOD) and Virtual Office Online (VOO) allow importing contacts from multiple sources. This table summarizes the capabilities and requirements for each contact source. Please pay special attention to the User Info Required and Source Requirements for each contact list provider.

Note: At this time, contact integration in Virtual Office Desktop is only available to users who joined 8x8 before October 2017; it can be found in Classic Mode. Support has been added for importing Outlook contacts in New Experience Mode.
