How do I log an agent out of a Call Queue through Virtual Office Configuration Manager?

Remotely logging an agent out of a Call Queue through Virtual Office Configuration Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Virtual Office Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Call Queues from the home page.

  3. Select More Options (three dots) to the right of the desired call queue.

  4. Select Edit.

  5. Click More Options (three dots) to the right of the desired call queue member.
