Can the transaction code order be changed?

Objective

If the order of the transaction code lists is important, then they need to be set up in a specific way. 

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center (VCC)

Procedure

There is no way to change the order in which the lists are showing in the agent GUI once the lists are created. 

The lists will order in the following way:

  • First created comes first
  • Second created comes second
  • etc. 

Please create the lists in this way if it is important that list 1 is first, list 2 is second etc.
