Virtual Office and VCC Integrations
8x8 phone integrations for Virtual Office and VCC provide call handling and other functionality through floating UI communication panels.
The Virtual Office integration provides functionality very similar to the Bullhorn VO integration: It will recognize callers, pop records for those callers, save basic call information, and respond to Click to Call requests initiated from within ServiceNow.
The Virtual Contact Center provides the usual support for click to call, chat, voicemail, email, and more.
Note: As with all other integrations, the ServiceNow integration is NOT a softphone. It does not provide audio services and does not affect call quality in any way.
It must be used in conjunction with an 8x8 hard phone, Virtual Office Desktop, or Virtual Office Mobile.
