Unable To Receive Inbound Calls Notifications On 8x8 Work Mobile App


Calls are not coming through to 8x8 Work mobile app

Login into 8x8 Work Mobile App

  1. Tap the profile image icon in the header to open your Profile screen.
  2. Ensure your Status is not set on DND
  3. Check Mute notification is not ON  which block incoming notifications temporarily. 
  4. Ensure Business hours are scheduled as per user working hours as calls will not offer to the user if Business hours are set incorrectly 
  5.  You can also turn off Business hours
