Answer

The data displayed in the Extension Summary report is not populated in real time. Data for a call will typically take between 5-15 minutes to populate. Some values, like the call counts register on the page as soon as the call events are in the data pipeline (generally within a minute or two), but others like the time statistics are calculated at 15-minute intervals.
