No Call Records Prior to October 29 and Columns or Fields Missing


When viewing your Call Detail Records, you are unable to view entries before October 29, 2019. The report is using Call Records mode. Certain columns or fields are missing.

To view records for calls made before October 29, 2019: 

  1. In the dropdown menu, select Call Legs (Simplified) or Call Legs
  2. Click Search



The Call Records mode for the Call Detail Records page was released on October 28, 2019. Call Records for calls made prior to the release will not be visible in Call Records mode. Call Records are only generated for calls made after this feature was released. Changing to either Call Legs (Simplified) or Call Legs mode allows historical data and all former columns and filters to become visible.
