Symptom

Postman shows an error "The body of this response was too large to be saved" or "Error: Maximum response size reached" when attempting to bulk download using the 8x8 Cloud Storage Service Public API.

Resolution

Use a different application such as cURL.

Cause

In Postman the default maximum renderable response size is set at 50MB. Postman FAQs indicate it is possible to change this configuration however we have not tested this.
