Why does the caller hear busy when I forward my Ring Group or Call Queue calls to Contact Center?

Answer

If a Ring Group or Call Queue call needs to route to Contact Center via the forwarding rules, the group must have at least one Phone Number assigned
Without a Phone number assigned to the group the caller will hear a busy signal upon forwarding
