Can I set up a custom fax cover page to be used by default for all faxes?

Can the user set up a custom fax cover page or a template to be used by default for all faxes in the 8x8 work application?

Answer

Currently, the customer cannot set up a custom fax page or template that can be used as the default cover page for all the faxes.

Alternate Solution

You can customize the cover page sent with internet faxes in the 8x8 Work apps, either by:

1. Filling in the fields under the cover sheet option while composing faxes in the 8x8 work application. 
2. Creating a company cover sheet and set it as page one of the body of the fax. 

If you use the alternate solutions, please note that you would have to customize the fax cover page for every fax you send.
