How to change Ringtone in 8x8 Work

Objective

Change default ringtone for Work for Desktop and Work for Mobile.

Procedure

Work for Desktop

  1. Open Work for Desktop.
  2. Click Settings > Audio and Video. 
  3. Go to Audio & Video.
  4. Select the desired ringtone

Work for Mobile

ios

  1. Open Work for Mobile.
  2. Tap your profile.
  3. Tap Settings > Ringtone.
  4. Select the desired ringtone.

Android

  1. Open Work for Mobile.
  2. Tap your profile.
  3. Tap Settings > Incoming calls.
  4. Tap Sound.
  5. Select the desired ringtone.
