Using Gmail for Email Channel in 8x8 Contact Center

Setting up a new email channel using Gmail for Contact Center.

Procedure
Gmail has changed the way Contact Center connects to IMAP. You now have an app password and an email password. To add Gmail as a channel, you must specify the app password instead of the email password.
