Use email content to process incoming email in 8x8 Contact Center.
- 8x8 Contact Center v 9.14.8 or higher
- Create a new email script or copy an existing one to modify. (We highly recommend against modifying an existing script and instead creating a copy and modifying that.)
- Add the Check Content object in the script where you want to take action based on the content in the email being processed.
- Fill out the object with an object name and the content or content regular expression you're searching for in the email.
- Fill in the matched and/or not matched sections of the email script to cause the email to be processed the way you want it to be processed.
