Agent Receives Alert Message After Agent Console Login


Agent receives an alert warning message: "Your CRM integration is not configured. Please work with your administrator to configure it in Configuration Manager."

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Contact Center Configuration Manager


Steps to resolved this:

  1. Login as an Admin to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Integration.
  3. Click Screen Pop tab.
  4. Under Agents, click choose agents.
  5. Assign an agent by clicking on the checkbox, then click OK.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Have the agent logout, then retry again.
