Login into Analytics for Contact Center

Use a direct URL: http://analytics.8x8.com/

Or from the 8x8 Applications Panel: https://sso.8x8.com/applicationPanel

Or from the Agent Workspace Menu

Go to Dashboards. You can find this option in the left-hand-side navigation panel

Create a new Dashboard by clicking on the New button from the top right-hand-side ( if you don’t have one already created in the Analytics for CC )
4. Add as many predefined widgets as you wish ( either Real-time widgets or Historical widgets ) in your Dashboard
5. Click the Save button to save your Dashboard.
6. After saving it, click on the Share icon displayed in the top right-hand-side

Toggle on the Wallboard shareable link option and copy the URL

Open the Wallboard Link in your browser
