How to remove VCC agents visible in VCC Configuration Manager using Account Manager

 

Objective

Remove VCC Agents from Account Manager

Applies To

  • VCC Configuration Manager
  • Account Manager 

Procedure

  1. Login in Account Manager. If you have multiple accounts, login on the PBX associated with your VCC tenant.
  2. Navigate to Accounts and from the left side select User Profiles.
  3. Search for the account you want and click on Edit.
  4. Uncheck VCC Agent box and save.
