How to remove VCC agents visible in VCC Configuration Manager using Account Manager

Remove VCC Agents from Account Manager

Procedure
- Login in Account Manager. If you have multiple accounts, login on the PBX associated with your VCC tenant.
- Navigate to Accounts and from the left side select User Profiles.
- Search for the account you want and click on Edit.
- Uncheck VCC Agent box and save.
