How to Add a New Administrator to 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

Adding a new administrator to 8x8 Contact Center.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Contact Center Configuration Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Select Administrators.
  4. Click Add Administrator.
    • Note: Complete all required information.
  5. Select the Role: Super Admin.
  6. Ensure the box is checked for Enabled.
  7. Click Save.
