How to Add a New Administrator to 8x8 Contact Center
Objective
Adding a new administrator to 8x8 Contact Center.

- 8x8 Contact Center
- Contact Center Configuration Manager
Procedure
- Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Click Security.
- Select Administrators.
- Click Add Administrator.
- Note: Complete all required information.
- Select the Role: Super Admin.
- Ensure the box is checked for Enabled.
- Click Save.
