Unable to login to 8x8 Contact Center following upgrade to X-Series

 

Symptom

Login credentials are not accepted following Contact Center upgrade from legacy to X-Series.

Applies to;

Contact Center Agents after upgrade to X-Series.

Resolution

Following the upgrade Agents will need to login via the 8x8 Application Panel (login.8x8.com)

There will be a New Username (YourExistingUsername@TenantName)

Your Tenant name is located on your My Profile from your Agent Console, this can also be seen as part of the URL in the legacy login webpage.

There will be no changes to your password.
