User experiencing issues uploading a profile picture
- Virtual Office Desktop
- Virtual Office Mobile
- Log into Configuration Manager.
- Click the User tab.
- Select the User affected by clicking Edit.
- On the left-hand side, click Basic information
- Toggle the Display contact in Company directory to allow or show the User's profile picture.
- Click Save
- Users can also update to the latest Virtual Office Desktop firmware 6.4.4 and above as resolution
