Hiding call queues from the contact directory that displays in Work for Desktop and Work for Mobile.

- 8x8 Admin Console
- Contact Directory
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Under Work Groups, click Call Queues.
- To the right of the desired call queue, click Edit.
- In the Basic information section, click the toggle to disable the ability to Display Call Queue in company directory. The toggle is gray when the setting is disabled, and blue when the setting is enabled.
- Click Save.
- The selected call queue will no longer appear in the 8x8 Work contact directory.
