Resolution
Uninstall and Reinstall Virtual Office Desktop
- In Finder, navigate to Applications.
- Click Utilities.
- Find and run Adobe AIR - Uninstaller.
- Uninstall Virtual Office Desktop.
- Download the latest version of Virtual Office Desktop.
- Re-install Virtual Office Desktop.
Cause
This crash may be caused by a separate installation of Adobe AIR being present on the machine, which conflicts with the Adobe AIR baked into the Virtual Office Desktop installation file.
