Why are Automatic Reply to Email not being sent from a Contact Centre script?

Contact Center does not send the auto-reply unless there is an interaction created (forward to queue), or an email that is deleted from the script (Closed -> ReplyToEmail -> Sent -> DeleteEmail). Please ensure one of these is configured.
