How to Set User as Contact Center Admin in Admin Console
Objective
Setting a user as a Contact Center Admin in 8x8 Admin Console.

Procedure
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Select Menu (three horizontal lines top left of the page) > Roles & permissions.
- Select Assignments > Create Assignment.
- Select VCC Admin (default) and the appropriate Contact Center Scope.
- Select Save.
Additional Information
If desired, you can now make this user a Super User in Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
