Setting the Current Country for Contact Center Users


Set the Current Country setting for 8x8 Contact Center users.

  1. Log in to 8x8 Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
  2. From the menu, select Users.
  3. To the right of the affected user, select Edit (pencil icon).
  4. On the General tab, under Current Country, select the appropriate value.

Additional Information

The country setting may have an impact on how a call routes. If users are experiencing issues calling certain numbers within their own country, ensuring this setting is set may resolve the issue.
