How to Access Contact Center Direct Agent Voicemails


Where can I access direct agent voicemails in 8x8 Contact Center?

When someone leaves a voicemail directly on an agent's extension in Contact Center, this will presented to the agent via email only. The email will have the recording of the voicemail on it. Only queued voicemails (not agent direct) will go to the Agents Workspace.
