How to View the Results of the Post Call Survey in 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

View the customer answers for the Post Call Surveys

You must be enabled as a Supervisor in order for you to view the Post Call Surveys.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • 8x8 Agent Workspace

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Agent Workspace.
  2. Click on the box grid icon beside the Menu dropdown on the Agent Control Panel.

  3. From here select Customer Experience.
  4. On the new page, click on the fourth tab icon for Post Call Survey.
  5. When loaded, select the Survey in question under the drop down to view all related answers along with filters for agents, date/time range etc.
