Procedure

  1. Login to 8x8 Application Panel
  2. Select Analytics for Contact Center
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Schedules

  1. Select the menu for the schedule

  1. Select Edit or Delete as required

Edit

  • Edit the desired options
  • Select Save

Delete

  • Select Delete
