Step-by-step instructions to create a Wallboard in Analytics for Contact Center


Applies To

  • Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager
  • Wallboards


  1. Login into Analytics for Contact Center

    1. Use a direct URL: 

    2. Or from the 8x8 Applications Panel:

    3. Or from the Agent Workspace Menu


  1. Go to Dashboards. You can find this option in the left-hand-side navigation panel

  2. Create a new Dashboard by clicking on  the New button from the top right-hand-side ( if you don’t have one already created in the Analytics for CC )


4. Add as many predefined widgets as you wish ( either Real-time widgets or Historical widgets ) in your Dashboard

5. Click the Save button to save your Dashboard.


6. After saving it, click on the Share icon displayed in the top right-hand-side


  1. Toggle on the Wallboard shareable link option and copy the URL


  1. Open the Wallboard Link in your browser
