Can supervisors be notified of inactive or idle agents when using the screen recorder?
Question
On the live monitoring feature, if an advisor is inactive or idle for a period of say 10 minutes, is there a way for this to flag as an alarm so the team leaders are notified? Or so these advisor’s screens are brought to the top?
