PDMS-SP Provisioning Trusted Hosts
Obihai adapters and Poly phones on 5.8+ firmware are required to communicate with the PDMS system, formerly Obitalk before they can be provisioned or come online with 8x8 service. These servers are used for ZTP (Zero Touch Provisioning).
If issues persist after adding this information to the firewall, create a case with 8x8 support.
